Brandon youre the best! This was very hard for [redacted] and I to give up this bus, we did love it. Unfortunately the lifestyle just didnt fit in with ours. She is a beauty and I hope that the people that have her now will love her as much as we did. I also am sad that we will be parting our ways as you have been more than someone who has not only helped us along the way in this new adventure, you also have been a friend. I am overdue for writing a glowing review for the team at legacy coach! We purchased our first family RV from them last fall. After looking around at other RV dealerships that felt more like used car lots, It was such a treat to work with a truly professional team with integrity. Although we purchased the smallest coach they had, which was a fraction of the cost of their other inventory, James and Misty still treated us with white glove service. They went above and beyond with advice, communication, and assistance. I would highly recommend!

I saw a coach that Legacy had advertised. Called the office and spoke to James. Within five minutes of starting our conversation I knew I could deal with him. I flew from FL to Dallas to look at the coach. They were kind enough to hold it for me to travel there the next day so it wasnt sold while I was in transit. I recently purchased a used coach from Brandon. I had asked for the quick tour of the coach thinking I had a pretty good idea I could figure things out. Yes you guessed it, I was wrong. Long story short. I called Brandon numerous times over several months asking about this and that after I had already arrived back in Arizona. I figured at some point in time Brandon would stop taking my calls because they were numerous to say the least. Let me tell you, Brandon has the " patients of a saint " He took my call every time I called and if I could not get thru to him, he always called me back within a few minutes. Brandon answered all of my questions completely and explained them until I understood them fully. Everyone I dealt with at Legacy Coach was polite and nice. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. Dear Brandon,The purpose of my note is to thank you for all of the help you have given me over the last four months. From spending hours with my wife and me when we first came to see you, taking us on a demo ride, walking me through the inverter process in a coach in Houston that you were not selling me, suggesting that I bring it to Dallas to be looked at, storing it for 3 weeks while waiting on service, introducing me to local service company and insuring me that I would be well taken care of, sacrificing your Liberty remodel allowing them to finish my bus - one that none of us ever dreamed of having the problems it ended up having - then having your detail crew clean it while you were trying to get away for Christmas - all the while all of this displaying your character and integrity in the whole process. It truly warms my heart. I dont consider the enclosed check adequate compensation for what you have done for me. Ill have to (hopefully) make up the shortfall by sending you some qualified prospects that I am sure I will have the occasion to meet as we use our coach.I also want to thank you for introducing me to Platinum Coach. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work they did for me. Being particular I can be difficult to please. On the Legacy Coach site, I found a pre-owned Prevost that I wanted to see. Im in Oregon, so traveling between home and Legacy Coach required some air travel.I started working with a sales rep, James, and the Legacy Coach owner, Brandon. Because I have a mechanical background, I asked that they get the coach on an onsite lift in time for my trip out there.No surprises when I saw the coach, because its condition matched the description on their website. Their tech, Miguel, discovered a few problems with the coach. And I added a few items to the punch list. Brandon arranged for those repairs, which required transporting the coach to a couple other facilities.Brandon kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. He was polite, respectful, and committed to making the whole process a positive one for me. On my second trip to pick up the coach, Brandon spent a few hours with me for the orientation.He runs a classy, no-pressure operation. Although I expect to keep this coach for a long time, whenever I plan to upgrade to a newer Prevost, Ill first get in touch with Legacy Coach.
